Our Vidyalaya organized a 5-hour offline workshop on 28th March 2024 for all the teachers titled “ Enhancement of ICT Skills in Teaching”. The hands-on training was imparted by Mrs. Beena (PGT CS), Mr. Pradeep Kumar (TGT Sanskrit) and Mr. Rajendra Singh Shekawat(PGT Hindi) in the secondary computer Lab. The teachers used various tools of ICT and honed their basic skills required for handling the classes enabled with e-gadgets. All teachers also completed the post-session assignments covering what was imparted.
A one-day orientation course was organized for the newly recruited TGTs of the Madurai cluster in our Vidyalaya on 6th February 2024. Over 60 newly recruited TGTs underwent holistic training spanning Academic and Non-academic matters of relevance. The inauguration was Presided over by Smt. Mini Mullath (Assistant Commissioner, KVS RO Chennai), and the interactive sessions are handled by Shri. S Lakshmi Narayanan(Principal, PM Shri KV Virudhunagar), Shri. A J Rajendran(PGT English, PM Shri KV Virudhunagar) and Shri. P Seenivasan(PGT Physics, KV SIVAGANGA ).
Two Newly recruited PGTs of the Vidyalaya also underwent a one-day Orientation Programme at KV Trichy on 17th February 2023.
